Ultimate Gladiatrix: Cover

Work continues on my gladiatrix deathmatch comic book. Four girls will enter the Deathpits, but only one shall leave alive!!! All models are DA regulars, who've kindly allowed me to use their likenesses. [link] [link] [link] [link]

"Ultimate Gladiatrix" finally starts...

Well, here are the first 4 pages of the 4-girl gladiatrix deathmatch, "Ultimate Gladiatrix":

I went a little bit crazy, and built the arena AND city in Google sketchup - this will allow me to be a lot more dynamic with the backgrounds. I don't like to draw bgs, as it's such a slow process, but Sketchup allows me to render different camera views in seconds.

I have a longer term project that I've been working on, which is a world-building exercise. My gladiatrices inhabit their own planet - I've constructed maps, rough outlines, etc. - the long term goal being to set stories, images or animations within it. I'll post more on this in time.

Anyhow, I'll TRY to get a page or two of "Ultimate Gladiatrix" done a week, but no promises. I've been having awful computer problems, and have a lot of balls to juggle.
